The World Bank IFC Garden

Opened in 2021, the garden at IFC supplies fresh produce to local non-profit partners as well as providing a beautiful space for building tenants to enjoy. A hub for conversation about local food systems and urban sustainability, this space contains an ample pollinator and beneficial habitat in addition to the growing space. Once a space of overgrown grasses and plants that weren’t contributing to local ecology, this garden now routinely produces well over 400 lbs of fresh vegetables each year to our donation partners at Dreaming Out Loud and DC Food Rescue!
