Two Liberty Garden Spring‘25 Update

Up Top Acres is excited to be bringing the tenants of Two Liberty Center a rooftop garden this season in partnership with Hines! This month, crews installed a raised bed garden and planted out a variety of vegetables and herbs that will soon fill up the monthly harvest tables. Alongside hearty greens like kale, collards and chard, fruiting vegetables like sweet peppers, eggplant, and cucumbers are putting down roots and will soon be harvest ready. Starting in June and recurring monthly through October, Up Top Acres farmers will set up a Harvest Table for tenants of the buildings to take a share of the produce grown on site for free! We’re looking forward to meeting the tenants at Two Liberty in a few short weeks at the first table.

In a few short weeks this garden will fill with green as the cold-weather crops fill the beds in time for harvest in June!
