The Victor Garden Spring‘25 Update

The garden at 750 9th St has been busy this past month in preparation for summer harvest tables! Over the spring, Up Top Acres farmers topped up the raised beds in the garden, and removed some perennials to increase annual vegetable production. At the Harvest Tables this year you’ll find the same hearty greens, sweet peppers, eggplant and cucumber, alongside a variety of culinary herbs. We’re excited to see you all at the first harvest table of the season in a few short weeks!

The collard greens at the Victor Building are almost always the biggest of any Up Top Acres farms & gardens- we will see if that trend continues with these guys this season!

Freshly planted kale seedling starts taking root in it’s new home
