700 Thirteenth Garden Spring‘25 Update

This month the garden at 700 13th has welcomed its annual planting of vegetables to complement the existing overwintered perennial herbs. Up Top Acres crews have planted out hearty greens like kale and swiss chard, and harvest table favorites like eggplant, sweet peppers and cucumbers. Stay tuned for the announcement for the start of harvest table season in a few more weeks!

After just a couple of weeks in the soil, these collard greens have put on several sets of new leaves!

Kale is already filling in the beds nicely- these guys will be harvest-ready in no time!
