799 9th Street Garden Spring‘25 Update

The garden at 799 9th St has seen a lot of activity this spring, with Up Top Acres farmers topping up the beds with fresh compost, and planting out the garden with harvest table favorites. This year you’ll find the same hearty greens, sweet peppers, eggplant and cucumber, alongside a variety of culinary herbs. In the patio planters, the strawberries and blueberries have emerged from winter with new growth and will be fruiting soon! We’re excited to see you all at the first harvest table of the season in a few short weeks!

In a few weeks, the soil in these beds will be full covered by the lush leaves of kale, collards, and swiss chard!
