Crops Are Here!
The heat-loving favorites are rolling in, eggplant, cucumbers, peppers, and basil are all producing great yields at the Harvest Tables this summer. None of it happens without help though: bees and other pollinators have been buzzing from bloom to bloom all season, doing the essential work that makes every harvest possible!

700 Thirteenth, a small but mighty garden is showing off this summer. Even our farmers are in awe of just how many sweet peppers, and huge eggplants hang off the plants, ready for picking week after week! Coming in new this season, mint and hot peppers have taken off and show off their herby and spicy flavors in the drink of the week at tables. Of course, the leafy greens, such as kale and collards, are still ever present and a reliable testament to how consistent this garden is. We love swapping recipes and insights to how things are growing up top, and are so excited to be able to bring even more bounty to the table at 700 13th this year!
