RAISED PLANTER BEDS
The Garden at The Victor
Opened in 2021 in partnership with Brookfield Properties, the garden at the Victor Building supplies fresh produce to the building's tenants as well as local non-profit partner Dreaming Out Loud. Raised garden beds built on top of the previously-vacant rock ballast area, the garden hosts a wide variety of vegetable crops such as eggplant, tomatoes, chard, kale, and peppers enjoyed weekly throughout the harvest season by the building tenants. Flowers and herbs such as lavender, chives, and thyme provide beautiful colors as well as giving the rooftop bee-hives plenty of forage throughout the season!
Garden Updates
from the building tenants
“I love UTA being on our building. Seriously made most of my Wednesdays realizing it was harvest day and you had a lot of basic options that I always use and enjoy and some fun new ones to try. Smelling the herbs in the elevator in the morning from people coming and going always makes me and my coworkers joyful. Thanks so much for all you do! “
