The Two Liberty Center Garden
A site with one of our longest, continuous raised beds, the Two Liberty Center Garden was installed in April 2025 and immediately began its growing season. Each year, the Up Top team plant annual, rotating produce such as kale, collard greens, sweet peppers, cucumbers, and more. The ever-staying herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage, and lavender have taken root to provide blooms for the pollinators and great additions to any dish. Come June each year, Up Top farmers will begin the monthly Harvest Tables for the building and show off just how much a rooftop garden can grow!
