Two Liberty Center Garden 2025 Recap

The first season of the garden at Two Liberty Center was a resounding success! Thanks to our partnership with the property management team at Hines, Up Top Acres farmers were able to distribute nearly 7000 servings of produce at our five harvest table events. Tenants of the building were able to take home a bounty of greens like kale, collard greens, and swiss chard. Some took advantage of the fresh culinary herbs on offer, and others took home summer favorites like cucumbers, sweet peppers, and eggplant. The best part of our Harvest Table events is always seeing how surprised tenants and guests are to learn that all of the produce that they see is actually grown on the roof, just a short distance from their desks! We really appreciated being able to connect with tenants over the freshest, most local produce on offer, and about growing food in urban spaces. We’re excited to build upon our inaugural season, and we’re looking forward to another impactful year in 2026!
