The Willard Center Garden Spring‘25 Update

We are excited to welcome our first full growing season up on the rooftop of The Willard! Our team began planting cooler season greens and herbs a few weeks ago and the plants have already taken off. The warm weather loving peppers, eggplant, and basil will go into the garden over the next week..Over the next month the plants will grow vigorously and be ready for an early June harvest.. We can’t wait to see you at the harvest table soon!
