The snacking garden at 655 New York has been a hub of flavor and color all season long. Summer brought an abundance of vibrant vegetables — tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants thrived under the warm rooftop sun — while the celosia blooms added a striking pop of texture and brightness to the beds. The kale, collards, and herbs continued to flourish well into fall, keeping the garden lively through the changing seasons. We’re grateful for another beautiful year up top and can’t wait to see this garden burst back to life next spring.
