The garden at 655 New York Avenue, built in partnership with Brookfield Properties, is a “pick your own” model garden integrated into the existing rooftop landscaping. Peppers, eggplant, basil, and more emerge amongst the ornamental trees creating a serene yet productive rooftop patio space enjoyed by tenants.
