CG Farms
The Farm at Capital Gateway, also known as CG Farms, was built in 2024 in partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle and Nuveeen. CG Farms consists of a vegetable and pollinator habitat garden which were built around the existing honey bee hives. The second part of CG Farms is an orchard which is planted with 25 fruit trees. The vegetables, greens, and herbs grown in the farm are enjoyed by Capital Gateway tenants as well as donated to a local non-profit working on issues of food insecurity and equity.
