Victor Garden 2025 Recap

Thanks from your farmer, James!

Up Top Acres was grateful to be back with bountiful Harvest Tables at the Victor Building in 2025, thanks to our partnership with the CBRE management team!

This year, due to some repositioning of perennial herbs and flowers, pest management improvements, and a sprinkle of luck, we were able to harvest more than double the amount of servings as last year. Each week from June until early October, tenants had the opportunity to take a share of the more than 15 crops growing in their urban garden, just steps from their desks. The kale and collards once again were the stars of the show at our Harvest Tables, as were summer favorites like cucumbers, eggplants and sweet peppers when they were available! One of the amazing features of the Victor Building is the proximity of the garden to the rest of the patio, which helps tenants connect to how their food is grown. Who knows, it might even inspire some to grow their own Victor-y garden! We’re looking forward to a new season in 2026, and the opportunity to connect with tenants over fresh, hyper-local produce.
