World Bank C Garden Spring ‘25 Update

The farm at the World Bank C Treasury Building has come to life in the last month! At the beginning of April, our team topped up the planter beds, spruced up the perennials that overwintered and planted out our cold tolerant kale and collard greens. With the introduction of our well-loved sweet peppers and eggplant this week, the farm will be fully planted out! Up Top Acres farmers will soon be harvesting and distributing produce to our food pantry partner Dreaming Out Loud, who is working on expanding fresh, nutritious food to communities in need in DC.
