EDENs Union Market Garden ‘26 Summer Update

Warm-Weather
Crops Are Here!

The heat-loving favorites are rolling in, zinnias, sunflowers, and celosia are all producing great yields this summer. None of it happens without help though: bees and other pollinators have been buzzing from bloom to bloom all season, doing the essential work that makes every harvest possible!

a Note from your farmer, cat

As seen from the streetside, the flowers at Edens announce themselves from blocks beyond. Back are the days of strawflower, zinnia, marigold and the ever towering sunflower- with some varieties reaching 12 ft tall! Thankfully, your farmer this year is tall enough to scale even the heightiest of stalks to bring fresh cut, build your own bouquets weekly. Nestled in a new blanket of green clover, this season is certainly a colorful one!
