What a growing year 2025 has been at Capitol Gateway! Tenants were able to enjoy massive bunches of green onions, an abundance of sweet peppers, some of the crispest rainbow chard the earth could offer, and so much more this summer. Our pollinator row, situated between the two gardens and offering a cozy home for the bee hives, helped provide a variety of tasting options for the bees and good looks to those walking by.

Beyond the garden, the orchard took root, growing bigger and experimenting with the first fruits of their lifetime, and getting excited to add figs, apples and stonefruit to tables in the near future! Our farmers also had a blast this season, connecting with tenants at the table and in line to talk about what’s growing, what’s cooking, and favorite bites from the beds. We’re looking forward to another great season at CG Farms in 2026 with even more bounty and variety as our gardens expand into next year!
