1201 New York Garden ‘25 Summer Update

Notes from your farmers,

Nadine & kristof:

The first growing season at 1201 New York is well underway, providing an abundance of bushy kale and collards, long vines of cucumbers, and bright rainbow chard. The peppers and eggplants are coming in too, rounding out the bi-weekly harvest tables. We have loved seeing the tenants of 1201 New York enjoying the harvest!

What’s your favorite thing about summer at the 1201 New York Garden?

Harvesting fluffy kale bunches, and seeing how they make such a huge pile on the harvest tables!
