1015 Half Street ‘25 Summer Update

Notes from your farmers,

Cat & Charlotte:

Our longest standing farm site continues to blow us away with yet another incredible summer! The praying mantises and a family of yellow finches have made their homes on the roof for a summer vacation and are partnering with the farmers to keep the party going in the garden. The ever strong kale, collards, and cucumbers have remained fan favorites, but some newcomers such as anise and lemon balm have entered the running for the stars of 1015. Lets keep the momentum going for the peak heat of summer!

What’s your favorite thing about summer at the 1015 Half Street Farm?

I love sharing my favorite farming snack (sunflower seeds) with the finches while I harvest!
